Marriage Licenses

We are happy to be a part of your special occassion, so don't forget the most important stop on your wedding journey.

• To obtain a marriage license, both applicants must appear before the Circuit Clerk to complete an application.
• The cost is $37.  We DO accept debit/credit cards.
• Proof of age is required by both applicants usually in the form of their current driver's license.  We do accept birth certificates, state IDs, passports, etc.
• Blood work or the 3 day waiting period are no longer required.
• There is no expiration of the marriage license.
• Although you are signing an oath stating all information is correct, we do require a copy of the divorce papers if within 6 months of application
